Studied over one year, the Access to HE Business course will help you to develop the skills and knowledge required to progress onto university and will prepare you for your dream career.
The 12-month course is delivered over three days a week and it can be studied around your existing commitments, so what’s stopping you from applying?
Always wanted to study a degree but not got the right qualifications?
Don’t panic! Access to HE courses are designed for students aged 19 or over with relevant vocational or voluntary work experience and left school without the qualifications they need to go onto study university-level courses. This course will prepare you for studying at degree-level, but you will need to hold GCSE English and maths at grade 4/C or above (equivalent qualifications will be accepted).
Your financial situation is putting you off studying?
This course costs £2,995 but it is eligible for an Advanced Learner Loan to help towards the cost of your study. Also, if you take out an Advanced Learner Loan to fund the course and then go on to complete a Higher Education course, you’ll be eligible to have the balance of your Advanced Learner Loan written off. The course is delivered over three days a week, meaning you can study around your existing work and family commitments.
Have you been working in the business industry but have no formal qualifications to demonstrate experience?
This course is ideal for people who have a lot of industry experience and are looking to gain an official qualification to recognise their skills and knowledge. You will study a range of units including the Business Environment; Customer Service; Finance for Business; Human Resources in Organisations; Organisational Structures and Principles of Leadership.
